How to create a release
=======================

1. Create a tag-changeset when db-development is done, check it in

2. Create a branch, change on the branch

3. Run shiftversions.sh on the branch, test everything, then check it in

4. Create a tag from the branch

5. Return to the trunk and run shiftversions.sh on the trunk, test everything, then check it in
