Support four letters guess method

I just found out that the flarm records indicate whether the ID is an Flarm- or an ICAO-ID.

With this knowledge, the previous configuration switch is now obsolete and the ICAOConverter is called whenever the id is not listed in Flarmnet or the local database.

No suitable guess method is possible for other than Swiss planes. An idea could be to get access to a foreign data source.

... never mind, the example for swiss aircraft works find, if we find more calculation algorithms, we can just extend the ICAOConverter. Closing this issue for now.
