A first try shows that some ADS-B devices have 4 deciamals after decimal point. Make the conversion to numericals more robust

Also PFLAA sentences without track, heading, climbrate should work.

We won't do this. If somebody wants to see ADS-B traffic then he can buy a PowerFlarm?.
